The site is purely informational: it presents the vessel, her equipment, her condition and the terms of the private sale, and makes it easy for interested people to contact the owner. No commercial, advertising or brokerage activity is carried out through this site, and no goods or services other than the vessel itself are offered for sale here.

The price shown is indicative and negotiable and may be changed or withdrawn without notice.
The details are given in good faith on the basis of the owners' information, but may contain inaccuracies or omissions. Their accuracy, currency and completeness are not guaranteed: the condition, specifications, equipment, maintenance, engines and documentation must be verified by the buyer before any sale. Photographs and videos may not reflect the vessel's current condition.
Berth J21 in Port de Blanes is not included in the price: it is contracted separately, and its transfer into the buyer's name, if the buyer needs it, must be arranged under the conditions set by the port authority.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, photographs, videos, design and code of this site belong to the site owner or are used with the permission of their owners.
