2. This site collects no personal data

This website is static and does not collect or store personal data. Specifically:

It uses no cookies: neither its own, nor analytics, nor advertising cookies. That is why no cookie banner is shown.
It uses no analytics, statistics, tracking or third-party advertising tools.
It uses no forms that submit data: the form on the main page only composes a message in your browser and opens WhatsApp or Telegram with that text already written. Nothing is sent to any server belonging to this site and nothing is stored.
There is no access log with personal data kept by this site, no database, and no commercial communications are sent.

3. Contact by WhatsApp, Telegram or email

The contact buttons and links open third-party apps and services (WhatsApp, by Meta; Telegram; your own email client). If you choose to write through those channels, the data you provide (for example your name, phone number and message) will be processed by those services under their own terms and privacy policies, which are unrelated to this site. The conversation will be used only to answer your question about the vessel and to handle the possible sale, and will be kept for as long as necessary for that purpose or as required by law.

4. Recipients and disclosures

This site does not disclose or transfer personal data to third parties, because it does not collect any. No international data transfers are made from this site either. If you contact us through WhatsApp or Telegram, the processing is carried out by those platforms under their own policies.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw any consent you have given, by writing to WhatsApp +34 624 05 03 50 or Telegram @ayb_ll. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with the rules.
